Harris Park, Phase II includes a splash pad to be constructed in the middle of the park, ADA-compliant bathroom facilities, municipal buildings with an adjacent plaza, additional open space and a farmers’ market pavilion for family and community events. The turf areas will provide space for active recreation and additional space for watching concerts and performances on the existing bandstand pavilion that was built in Phase I. . Farmer | Morgan provided architecture and engineering (A&E) services and oversaw the design phase for the project. Construction is slated to begin in 2019
